I'm Jacky, a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified Yin and Vinyasa Teacher from Austria living in Barcelona!
I've created this space to blend movement, breath, and stillness to help you reconnect with your center.

This whole purpose hides behind the name "Soluna", combining the Spanish words "Sol" and "Luna" (Sun and Moon).
These two opposites, in Sanskrit also referred to as Surya and Chandra, reflect Yin and Yang, quick and slow, hot and cold, day and night, dark and bright, masculine and feminine. One cannot exist without the other — everything needs balance to flow. That’s why you'll find both active Vinyasa Flows and calming Yin Sessions when working with me — even meditations and breathwork!
